We, the believers and disciples of Jesus Christ who make up a shared measure of God’s family and Christ’s body known as Provision Community Church, Incorporated, exemplify the heart, spirit, mind and intent of our church body; to accomplish and fulfill our stated mission and purpose, through and by Christ Jesus.
Purpose & Mission
- to honor, worship, and glorify the One and True Living God
- to preach and teach the full Gospel of Jesus Christ and
- to reveal God's plan of redemption and salvation for mankind through His Son, Jesus Christ.
As a result of this mission, we as believers effectively fulfill the Great Commission, spread the Good News of Jesus Christ, and demonstrate Godly love to build strong Christian character in believers in every aspect of life.
Vision
The vision of Provision Community Church is based on the profession of our faith in Jesus Christ, as the Son of God, taken from
Philippians 4:19 and 1 Chronicles 29:16. We are a church of;
PROCLAIMATION of the Good News of Jesus Christ
RECONCILATION of a covenant relationship with God through Christ Jesus
RESTORATION of lives and hope unto God
TRANSFORMATION from brokenness to wholeness
CELEBRATION through Christ-honoring praise and worship, and
REJOICE knowing we will spend eternity with God.
Faith Based Ministry
We at Provision Community Church, Incorporated are autonomous, and independent. We value the biblical principle of cooperation with other Christians, churches, para-church organizations, associations and conventions, as long as it advances and strengthens the Kingdom of God and does not compromise our integrity, values, or mission.

Reverend Gary Simmons
Senior Pastor
Reverend Gary Simmons is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Provision Community Church, Incorporated. He earned his Theological Certification from the Interdenominational Theological Center (ITC) in Atlanta, Georgia in 2009. He received his license to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ in 2014, and his ordination in 2016. Pastor Gary is God's manservant and undershepherd of Provision who oversees and guides the heart and direction of the ministry, according to God's will. He leads God's people with Christian love, integrity and truth.
Reverend Debra Foxx-Simmons
Co-Pastor & First Lady
Reverend First Lady Debra Foxx-Simmons is Co-Pastor and Co-Founder of Provision Community Church, Incorporated. She earned her Thelogoical Certification from the Interdenominational Theological center, (ITC) in Atlanta, Georgia in 2015. She received her license to preach in 2016, and her ordination in 2016. She serves to assit the Pastor and lead the Christian Education Ministry. She serves with one personal goal in mind, heart and spirit, which is teach and preach the true Gospel of Jesus Christ and to whole-heartedly and truthfully serve God, and His people with godly love.
Doreena Simmons
Sister Doreena is our Director of Youth. She has a passion for serving God and engaging in fellowship with others. Leading Sunday School and planning programs for our youth is but a few of her many qualities. Community Outreach is Sister Doreena's passion, and she is constantly searching for ways to make a difference in the lives of those beyond the walls of the church.
Blondie McKoy
Sister Blondie serves faithfully as a Trustee of Provision Community Church, Incorporated. She oversees
the congregational planning and church operations in compliance of the ministry's mission, vision and goals. In addition to this role, Sister Blondie is a witness to others through prayer, scripture, spiritual guidance, and young adult mentorship.
Faith Cole
Sister Faith is our Director of Music and Media Specialist. On any given Sunday, you can find her ministering through song as she leads praise and worship, and she enjoys taking photos and capturing the true essence of our ministry. When it comes to technology, you can count on Sister Faith to make sure the community knows about Provision Community Church and how our Ministry is on a mission to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ!
